I AM HERE is the three hundred and eighty-sixth chapter of Kohei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia.
Summary#
The Counter-Force continues to report in on the evacuation blocks' movement and All For One's location. Naomasa asks if there is anyone left to stop him, but the officers say that almost all the remaining Heroes from each of the battlefields are out of commission. Another officer freaks out when he recognizes Dabi's heat signature in Gunga, telling them that ever since his initial defeat, he's been internally compressing thermal energy, and that in about ten minutes, his body will explode and cremate everything within 5 kilometers.
Naomasa and La Brava realize that while most are back online, some of the evacuation blocks that stopped in-between U.A. and Shiketsu are still underneath Gunga, meaning that they will be directly within the estimated blast zone. Meanwhile said civilians, including the rest of the Todoroki Family, proceed to quickly evacuate to the surface as the shelter continues to crumble apart. Another officer reports that All For One is speeding up and is almost in range of Tomura to use his Warping Quirk, knowing that if they reunite, they are done for. As they begin to panic realizing that there aren't any more reinforcements left, a voice on a communicator calls out to Naomasa.
Meanwhile in Kamino, Ingenium tells Shoto he hasn't recovered from using Phosphor yet, but he insists he's fine, yelling that All For One is about to reach Deku and he can still fight. Ingenium continues to speak about how he can only imagine the thoughts in his head having to fight his brother, wondering why this must be his emotional burden to bear, especially after all he has done and shown to him.
Just then, the two receive a call in their communicators from All Might, telling them to run to Gunga, warning about Dabi's impending explosion, the civilians trapped in-between, and Endeavor being unable to stop it. He says he knows Ingenium will be able to run, and that after overcoming so many hardships he knows Shoto knows his mind and body are one. He further says that a "mighty ally" is waiting to deal with All For One, and that he has the utmost respect to those who still continue to fight even with doubts, telling him to stop Dabi and reassure everyone, to become his best self, and that they need the two of them and their Quirks together to avert the disaster.
Shoto worries Ingenium's unable to run all the way to Gunga since his Engine was stalled, but he simply responds that the rain cooled his Engines off, reminding Shoto his legs exist to guide lost children. As Stain continues to watch over them, thinking about them "acting for the sake of others", Ingenium blasts off at his Maximum Speed while carrying Shoto across the city.
Using Hawks' report, the Heroes learn that while the younger All For One gets, the stronger he becomes, but it also leaves him unable to suppress his negative emotions. Naomasa calls out to All Might through the communicator, but standing alone in the city, he responds that it was always his fight. As All For One quickly approaches through the clouds, All Might asks out loud about their endless warring, further stating that Tomura's hatred has started to affect his main body, which means he won't be able to ignore him. Naomasa cries out reminding him he is Quirkless, and as he thinks about Izuku's words if someone can be a hero even without a Quirk, All Might declares "I AM HERE!", unleashing an array of support items from his car, as All For One looks down on him with a furious grin.

- It is revealed that Dabi has been internalizing most of his heat, and as a result, within ten minutes he will explode, cremating everything around him within 5 kilometres.
- It is also revealed that the disrupted evacuation blocks in Gunga are within the blast radius, forcing the civilians to flee to the surface.
- All Might calls upon Shoto and Ingenium to head to Gunga to save the civilians and help stop Dabi, who proceed to rush their way over.
