Chaotic Confusion is the three hundred and seventy-fifth chapter of Kohei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia.
Summary#
During the battle on Okuto Island, Himiko attempts to catch Froppy off guard, but Uravity and some other Heroes are able to counter her. Uravity thinks about how Himiko uses misdirection to hide her presence and due to being a really complex technique, there must be a limit to how many people she can evade, so they'll make sure to constantly keep watch with 4 people and a sensor-type Hero on her at once.
Gang Orca meanwhile is battling the Near High-End Nomu, discovering it doesn't have a Super Regeneration Quirk, and since they've caught almost all the other Villains, focusing on the Nomu is their next priority. Himiko realizes that with more Villains caught, the harder it is for her to hide. She states that Twice's blood will allow her to Transform for about 30-40 minutes, but knows that if she drinks it now, the "Sad Man's Parade" will be unable to escape the island.
She declares that at this rate it is all over for her, but as she takes out a vial from her pouch, she says she'll trust in Spinner and do what she needs to do, and is about to ingest it. Froppy sees the vial, unsure whether it's meant to be All For One, Tomura, or someone else's blood, and quickly disposes of it. However, Himiko reveals that it was actually a decoy, a drug that attracts the Nomu, causing the Near High-End to turn its attention to her.
The Nomu unleashes a destructive blast, and when the waves settle, Uravity sees Himiko transformed into Froppy, holding the real one down, and swallows the vial containing Twice's blood. She transforms into Twice and immediately begins creating Doubles, when suddenly a Warp Gate appears from above her. "Kurogiri" emerges from it, saying he has to save Tomura and the others, asking her what she wishes for. She tells him she wants to exterminate the Heroes, starting with Hawks, and to send her there. Uravity attempts to stop her and the Doubles with her whips, but they slap all of them away as they enter the portals. She shouts to Himiko they still haven't talked about romance, and while she initially hesitates, Himiko enters and responds she wishes they could.
At the Gunga Mountain Ruins, Hawks realizes that Himiko used Twice's blood to transform into him, wondering how she had a stock thinking he dealt with that already, only to realize it must've been cause of Dabi. He tries to attack, but Himiko says it's too late as she unleashes Infinite Doubles: Sad Man’s Parade, spreading the Doubles all over the battlefield, causing Shemage to worry. But before the Warp Gate can close, Uravity and Froppy just barely emerge out of it, as the former declares she's not losing sight of her again.

- It is revealed that Himiko contains enough blood of Twice to transform into him for 30-40 minutes.
- She uses a vial to attract Nomu to distract Froppy for long enough to drink the blood, transforming into Twice and starting to create the Doubles.
- "Kurogiri" appears and teleports her to the Gunga Mountain Villa, unleashing the Sad Man's Parade on it.
- Uravity and Froppy are able to chase after Himiko and enter the Warp Gate before it closes.
