Synopsis#

A middle-school aged Eri goes to visit Eraser Head and Present Mic at U.A. High School. They're happy to see her as she gives Eraser some sweet buns from Mandalay as thanks for looking after Kota. Eri also greets the school's Vice Principal, All Might. Eraser apologizes to Eri since Deku had just left the school a few moments ago, disappointing her.

Present Mic says they know that Eri invited Deku to see her street performance the upcoming weekend, revealing how excited he is about it, and also that Earphone Jack would try to squeeze it into her schedule. Eri points out she wanted to see him beforehand because she can't just shout out to him during her performance, which Eraser Head also recognizes, knowing how people would react if they all noticed him there. Eri continues that even though she thinks Deku and Lemillion are awesome, she doesn't want to ride off their fame.

Cementoss then motions them towards the TV for a current news broadcast, in which they are talking about the recent unveiling of the Hero Billboard Chart JP for the second half of the year. The anchor reports on Deku, noting how even after the fateful day and losing his power, people continued to support him who embodied being a great hero and now he has returned donning armor and juggling his hero and teacher schedule, achieving amazing feats and receiving thunderous applause.

The anchor reveals that the "One For All Hero: Deku" has rocketed up the charts to become the No. 4 Pro Hero, with Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight close behind at No. 5; Lemillion, Shoto, and Mt. Lady remain as the top 3. She reports on a scene of Deku, Dynamight, and Shoto leaping into action together, Dynamight remarking if there are people stuck in remedial lessons or probation, and Deku responding how amazing they are. Eri and the teachers look on, with Eri saying how busy they are and getting busier, and pulling out her guitar, says she will give it her all too.

The following weekend, Eri is setting up her street performance with her friends, as they begin to play their own version of Hero too. Behind the crowd, Izuku, Mirio, Katsuki, and Shoto are watching Eri's performance, as well as her caretaker Mandalay and Kota in the crowd, with Denki and Kyoka watching from the side of the stage, and Hizashi and Shota watching as well.

As Eri plays, she remises about the past, such as practicing music with her friends and how she was able to leave Overhaul's shadow, smiling for the first time. Eri then smiles at Izuku, as he takes a photo of her, smiling proudly at her. Other Heroes also view Eri's perfromance, with Uravity and Froppy watching on a tablet, and Rikido and Mashirao watching on Rikido's smartphone. Kyoka smiles proudly at Eri with Denki crying joyfully, while Mirio begins tearing up at the song, as Eri finishes her performance with a big smile to the crowd.
