Coldflame's Pale Blade, full name Icebound Crash - Coldflame's Pale Blade, is an Ultimate Move performed by Shoto using the Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk and the Flashfire Fist: Phosphor technique.
Description#
Shoto gathers Phosphor's cold flames on his fists to conjure large pieces of conjoined ice and fire into his hands, which he blasts together at his opponent. He then loosely shapes this conjoined ice and fire into a "blade" before striking with it in a large arc.
In the anime, the initial strike of the blade is followed by a secondary one, where Shoto disperses the blade into a barrage of conjoined ice and fire.
This attack strikes with enough force to send its target hurtling a great distance, with Dabi having been launched across a large plaza and forced to use his Blueflame Quirk to stabilize himself from tumbling even further.
This move is first used against Dabi during the Final War.[1]
