Plasma Cannon, full name Vast Hybrid: Plasma Cannon is an Ultimate Move performed by Suneater using the Manifest Quirk, with assistance from Nejire Chan's Wave Motion.
Description#
Plasma Cannon is the most powerful move in Suneater's arsenal.
He unleashes the full potential of his Manifest Quirk and manifests every single animal, food item, and plant he has eaten into one ultimate fusion, mutating his arm into a cannon of such a massive size that he is required to generate additional limbs in order to support it. Nejire Chan then feeds a large amount of her energy into the mouth of the cannon, focusing it through Suneater's mutated arm to amplify it exponentially, before Suneater releases it as a devastating beam of energy.
Elements that make up this combination include, but are not limited to: locust, red sea urchin, red junglefowl, soft shell turtle, watermelon, jackfruit, zebra tarantula, dragon fruit, spider crab, sika deer, Japanese chestnut, American alligator, moso bamboo, pill bug, peanuts, brown bear, green sea turtle, jackfruit, Japanese puffer fish, and Asian black bear.[1]
This move is first used against Tomura Shigaraki during the Final War.[2]
Weaknesses#
Due to the immense number of different animals and plants required to use this move, extensive preparation is required beforehand to gather the large number of different foods for Suneater to consume. He must also must consume an external source of energy to power the cannon, such as Nejire's Wave Motion, rendering him unable to use it if isolated from allies.
The complicated nature of merging so many different manifestations requires a significant period of uninterrupted focus for Suneater to prepare, requiring his opponent to be distracted for an extended period of time to grant him the opening.[1]
Suneater is rendered vulnerable after firing, having expended massive amounts of energy and still retaining the unwieldy cannon that hinders his movement.[2]
