Delaware Smash Air Force is an Ultimate Move performed by Deku using the One For All Quirk and the Delaware Smash technique.
Description#
After training with All Might, Deku learns to concentrate and draw out twenty percent of his power for a short time. Using support gloves made by Mei Hatsume, Deku can direct a blast of compressed air against his foe from his fingers. The attack possessed enough concussive force to stun Gentle Criminal while he was in mid-air, giving Deku an opening to catch up to him.[1]
By using all five of his fingers, he can launch up to four Delaware Smash Air Forces simultaneously.[2] He is also able to perform the move without the gloves, as seen when he launched two coins to secretly pay for him and Rody Soul's ride on a bus while they were on the run, and later when he saved him from Rogone.[3] Deku is able to use this move in conjunction with Float and Fa Jin to propel himself in the air. For this, he has to shoot his Air Force technique backwards rather than forwards, similar to how Katsuki Bakugo propels himself with his Explosions.[4][5]
