Size is the Quirk used by Yui Kodai.
Description#
This Quirk grants the user the ability to alter the size of objects that they come into contact with.
As seen during the Joint Training Battle, Yui can only activate this power by pressing five of her fingertips together.
When Yui uses it, the objects she uses her Quirk on glow pink.
Weaknesses#
The only drawback is that her Quirk won't work on living things.[1]
Trivia#
- The Quirk's activation method is similar to Ochaco Uraraka's Zero Gravity, as both involve the user using all five of their fingertips to activate their ability. Both also have a habit of saying "release" when toggling their Quirk's effects, though Ochaco's instance is her calling out the name of an identically-named Ultimate Move.
- This is likely a reference to Yui's design being a part of Ochaco's prototype before her final appearance was decided.
- The effects of this Quirk are similar to those of the red-clad student from Seijin High School, although the two characters don't seem to share any apparent relation.
