Explode-A-Pult is an Ultimate Move performed by Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight using the Explosion Quirk.
Description#
Dynamight moves through the air and grabs his opponent with one hand before using Explosions with his free hand to propel himself and his target in a spinning motion, creating a tornado of smoke as he whirls higher and faster until he gains enough momentum to forcefully throw his opponent away.[1]
Dynamight first uses this technique against Jack Mantis in the fourth round of the Joint Training Battle.[1] Later on, he uses this technique against Nine, where he propels Deku at the villain to grant the former more momentum for a more powerful St. Louis Smash, used as a diving front kick.[2]
A reversed version of this technique is used in the Final War to save All Might from All For One. In this iteration, Deku and Dynamight clasp hands, and Deku applies Gearshift to Dynamight to give him extra speed. Using the force of his Explosive Speed: Cluster as Deku throws him, Dynamight launches himself at blinding speeds to save the retired Symbol of Peace.[3]
