AP Shot is an Ultimate Move performed by Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight using the Explosion Quirk.
Description#
By focusing his Explosions' path into a single point, rather than a wider blast fired from his whole palm, Dynamight is able to produce a concentrated beam that can successfully pierce through solid concrete. He can produce this beam continuously or as a condensed blast.
Dynamight performs AP Shot by forming his hand into a circle and placing it on his other palm, then shooting his Explosions through the circle in order to keep the attack focused on a fixed point.
He developed this move during the Ultimate Move Training in Gym Gamma for the Provisional Hero License Exam.[1]
Dynamight later uses this move to defeat Dictator from above, saving an incredibly fatigued Deku, who was being overrun by civilians the Villain was forcing to attack him.[2]
During the Gollini Invasion, Dynamight, when fighting alongside Shoto in a clash with Ugo and Gil Gollini, uses this move (without forming his hand into a circle and placing it on his outstretched palm) to stun the villainous duo long enough for Shoto to capture them in ice.[3]
