My Hero Academia: Vigilantes' manga and anime are broken into story arcs. The following are the arc names, a description of the arc's plot, and the chapters and episodes they comprise.
Note: Most story arcs are fan-made or community-made names to better organize the series. They are not official names.
Vigilantes Beginnings
College freshman Koichi Haimawari, also known locally in Naruhata as "Nice Guy", runs afoul of some thugs harassing young teenage idol Pop☆Step. After being saved by the Vigilante Knuckleduster, he recruits Koichi to follow in his footsteps, as the three begin their journey fighting crime as the Naruhata Vigilantes.
Stendhal
The Vigilante Stendhal enters Naruhata, and while he initially appears to be a helpful ally, once his deadly convictions are unveiled while doing Kuin Hachisuka's dirty work, it's up to the Naruhata Vigilantes to put a stop to his killing spree.
Senpai
Koichi meets his college senpai, Makoto Tsukauchi, who reveals her fascination with the Naruhata Vigilantes and desire to learn more about them. Meanwhile, a hero from America makes his grand appearance in the city, further disrupting things.
Vs. Queen Bee
Kuin Hachisuka continues to spread chaos throughout Naruhata with her Bees filled with Trigger. While Koichi and Kazuho gain a new purpose in the form of their new senpai, Knuckleduster escalates his search for his daughter, leading to a direct confrontation with the Queen Bee herself.
Osaka Incident
Koichi and Kazuho travel to Osaka for an idol competition. Meanwhile, Fat Gum is tasked with assisting Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi at the same venue in an investigation involving the next Trigger dealer of the Villain Factory: "the Scarred Man".
Team Ups
Koichi and Kazuho once again find themselves caught up in the middle of the ongoing investigations into the Villain Factory, inadvertently teaming up with Pro Heroes Eraser Head and Midnight.

School Days
After spotting Koichi helping a cat, Shota Aizawa starts to reminisce about his school days at U.A. High School, his second year with his friends Hizashi Yamada and Oboro Shirakumo, and what happened that fateful year that would shape him to what he is now.
Final Performance
It's been three years since Koichi became The Crawler, and he and his friends are looking toward the future for what's next. Taking advantage of Kazuho's distressed emotions, Number 6, disguised as the Pro Hero "Rock", turns her into the Queen Bee's next host. Now as the villainous Bee☆Pop, Koichi is pushed to his limits in order to rescue Kazuho at any cost in a climatic "Final Performance".
