Sanctum was a member of the Meta Liberation Army and later joined the Paranormal Liberation Front as the top-ranked adviser in the Vanguard Action Tactics Regiment: Black, following the merging of the Meta Liberation Army and the League of Villains. He is regarded as one of the oldest members of the Meta Liberation Army.
Appearance#
Sanctum has fair skin, dark-black eye irises, dark-black hair that has a single white stripe on the left and right sides of his hair, a thin strand black of hair on the middle top of his head, and a long thick dark-black mustache.
He wears thin-framed golden eyeglasses on his face, and somewhat a dark-blue overcoat with two thin, golden rectangular bars that have three button-like epaulettes on the collar.
Personality#
It is implied that Sanctum is devoted to the ideology of the Meta Liberation Army, lecturing the newly appointed Twice on earning his regiment's trust by speaking their mission statement out loud. He is shown to be quite brave and steadfast in his beliefs, as he didn't hesitate a moment to defend his organization when Pro Heroes stormed their hideout.
Synopsis#
Two months before the start of the Paranormal Liberation War, Sanctum lectured Twice about how many within his regiment harbor doubts on his leadership and that he should speak about their mission out loud, prompting him to ask Hawks for advice.[1]
Paranormal Liberation War Arc#
When the Heroes assembled at the Gunga Mountain Villa and began their attack, starting the Paranormal Liberation War, Sanctum was one of the advisers who engaged them head-on, defending their base of operations. It is unknown if he was captured at the villa, or if he was one of the 132 soldiers to escape due to Gigantomachia's rampage.
Abilities#
Overall Abilities: It is unknown what Sanctum's full strength and Meta Ability is, but given he is the top-ranked adviser in the Vanguard Action Tactics Regiment: Black, it's assumed that he is stronger than an average Pro Hero.[2]
