Qing Qing City, China is a fictional city in China where the first known Quirk manifested.
History#
At some point in the past, a glowing baby was born in an unnamed hospital. This baby had the strange power to emit light,[1] which would be the first recorded Quirk in history (but not the first Quirk in existence).[2]
