The Luminescent Baby was the first officially recorded person in the world born with a Quirk.[1]
History#
The Luminescent Baby was born crying in Qing Qing City, China, and was the first registered person in the world to be born with a Quirk, but not the first to be born with one in general. As they grew up, they began to use their fame to start a movement of over 10 million people calling for peace and the return to the safe society as it once was. This attention brought contempt from All For One, who killed them and stole their Quirk.[2]
Many decades later, the Luminescent Baby would become somewhat of a deity figure to Humarise, with a statue of their infant form being created at the group's headquarters.
Abilities#
Charisma: Being the first registered person born with a Meta Ability, the Luminescent Baby gained a lot of attention and followers, which they used to spread their ideals of peace. At one point, they had gained over 10 million followers, until their untimely demise.
Former Quirk#
Luminescence: This Quirk allows the Luminescent Baby to emit a bright light from their skin. This Quirk was used back when the baby was a newborn. All For One stole this Quirk before killing them.[2]
