Madam is a frequent shopper at a local department store from My Hero Academia: Team-Up Missions.[1]
Appearance#
Madam is a short, plump woman with curly black hair. She wears a tight-fitted dress with pointed shoulder pads, a necklace of large pearls, and heavy makeup
Personality#
Madam is highly competitive and charismatic, frequently participating in a department store's sales events and whipping the other shoppers into a frenzy. A veteran shopper, she is quick to identify newbies and target them, taking what they want to buy before they have a chance to.
She self-admittedly lives for the sale events, and the possibility of being banned from them was enough to move her to tears.
Synopsis#
When a local department store had a blowout sale, Madam attended the event, exciting the shoppers as she regularly does. She immediately identified Momo Yaoyorozu as new to sale shopping, and begun targeting her, though she was outsmarted when reaching for merchandise.
Shortly after, when Yu Takeyama arrived at the sale, Madam declared her intention not to lose to her. Madam, Yu, Momo, Ochaco, and Mina ramped up their efforts to get what they wanted, culminating in Madam fighting with another woman over a jacket. In the process, the jacket ripped, something disallowed by the sale rules. Madam tried to hide the ripped jacket, but Momo and a store employee spotted it; before the employee intervened, Momo recreated the jacket with her Quirk, to Madam's surprise.
The employee approached them both and explained that they had violated the rules of the sale, and would normally be permanently banned from future events. However, in recognition of Madam's contributions to making the events as successful as they are, he gave them a pass, allowing them to remain at the event. With the incident resolved, Madam thanked Momo, and the girls reentered the frenzy.[1]
