Trivia#
- Astro is based on the main protagonist of the same name from Kohei Horikoshi's previous manga, Barrage.
- He is the first and only character to be transplanted from Barrage, as most other transplanted characters, such as Gang Orca, Shishido, etc., were taken from or inspired by Oumagadoki Zoo.
- His Quirk is also a reference to the Orgue, a weapon Astro wielded in the story.
- Astro himself is very similar in design to Izuku Midoriya and Eijiro Kirishima during his middle school flashback scenes.
- Astro shares his English voice actor, Bryson Baugus, with Woman, Mocha, and Jube Namimaru.
