The Tech Villain is one of Wolfram's minions in My Hero Academia: Two Heroes.
Appearance#
The Tech Villain is a fairly tall man with pale skin. He has long shaggy white hair, with part of it falling over his left eye. He wears headgear, with a goggle scope resembling a monocle over his right eye.
Like the rest of Wolfram's minions, the Tech Villain dresses in a black combat suit, complete with a full-face mask, a paler X-shaped design patterning it over his face.
Personality#
Not much is seen from the Tech Villain, but he appears to be a serious no-nonsense type of a guy, focused on getting his job done. He even tries giving orders to his superior Swordkil, something that annoyed the latter. He also appears to be somewhat cowardly as he shrieks in fear when Izuku Midoriya attempted to attack him, and was frozen stiff when All Might appeared in front of the helicopter he was on.[1]
Synopsis#
My Hero Academia: Two Heroes#
The Tech Villain is present alongside all of Wolfram's men when they sneak into I-Island. After setting their plan into motion, the Tech Villain and the others restrain the security guards and take over the Central Tower control room. They follow Wolfram's orders and turn I-Island's security on its citizens, tourists, and Pro Heroes.
After disrupting the I-Expo Reception Party, he is present when Swordkil escorts David Shield and his assistant, Samuel Abraham to the control room. He tells Swordkil to take them to the vault, but the latter refuses and has other minion do it instead. Soon after, Wolfram's group learns there is a group of students ascending the tower.
Wolfram and his men take several countermeasures against the students but they continue to scale the tower. The Tech Villain and Swordkil monitor the students' progress through the tower. Once Izuku and Melissa reach the top floor, the Tech Villain sticks to Wolfram's side.
After David confessed to both Deku and Melissa his and Sam's part in Wolfram's schemes, Sam double-crossed David by revealing his knowledge that Wolfram and his team are villains all along and attempted to join them for fame and glory they have denied just as Wolfram himself enter the scene. However, Wolfram shoots Sam after getting the suitcase, and David jumps in the way of another bullet in order to save Sam's life. Before Wolfram can kill Melissa, Izuku breaks free in order to fight him. The Tech Villain attempts to restrain the fleeing Melissa, but Izuku intervenes with Wolfram using his Quirk to hold off Izuku and the two escape to the rooftop with the defenseless David in their clutches.
Despite his disadvantages over the villains' Quirk, Izuku remained to press on, but failed after Wolfram knocked him off the chopper he and his remaining men used to escape the I-Island, unable to save the rest since Melissa managed to restore the security systems. Fortunately, just as all hope seemed lost, All Might soon appears and snatched David out of the chopper, saving his old friend's life and crashed the chopper into pieces, seemingly killing everyone onboard.
It's later revealed after Wolfram had been defeated, that the Tech Villain had survived and was knocked unconscious from the helicopter explosion. It's unknown what happened to him afterward, though it's likely he was arrested.[1]
Abilities#
Overall Abilities: The Tech Villain's abilities are largely unknown, though he appears to be of normal capabilities, as he didn't even attempt to fight Izuku Midoriya in Full Cowl and was more confident in stopping the Quirkless Melissa Shield.
- Hacking Skills: As the hacker of Wolfram's crew the Tech Villain is trusted with using I-Island's security system. He is able to take control of the island relatively easily, and showed no signs of being overwhelmed by the technology the entire time he had control. His skills were so important, that Wolfram even saved him from Izuku.
