Red[1] was a member of the Meta Liberation Army and later joined the Paranormal Liberation Front as one of the top-ranked advisers in the Vanguard Action Intelligence Regiment: Carmine, following the merging of the Meta Liberation Army and the League of Villains.
Appearance#
Red appears to be a tall well-built blonde hair young man with a ponytail and a majority of his hair covering his left eye. He wears a military like outfit with an army green color with black boots and a black vest accompanied with a brown pouch wrapped around his waist.
Personality#
Not much is known about the kind of person Red is, but from what little is shown of him, he's implied to be a bit on the casual side, easily able to chat with Hawks while having a drink and takes Twice interrupting them in stride.[1]
Abilities#
Overall Abilities: It is unknown what Red's full strength and Meta Ability is, but given he is a top-ranked adviser in the Vanguard Action Intelligence Regiment: Carmine, it's assumed that he is stronger than an average Pro Hero.[1]
