Description#
This is a version of Chargebolt's Indiscriminate Shock 1.3 Million Volts, but is instead powered up to 2 million volts. This increase in power causes his brain to short circuit faster.
Chargebolt first uses this version against the I-Island Security Bots during the I-Island Incident, but it proves unsuccessful.[1]
