The Hydraulic Bracers is a support item developed and created by Mei Hatsume of the Department of Support, and used by her during her battle against Tenya Ida at the U.A. Sports Festival.
Description#
The Hydraulic Bracers is some sort of mechanical backpack that contains a device that detects when an enemy approaches its user to attack them. When the sensors detect a foe approaching, the backpack automatically activates its hydraulic attachments that makes the user dodge the attack. Since the Hydraulic Bracers has sensors in every direction, the user can even deal with surprise attacks from behind.[1]
