Fleeting Blow, full name Ragnarök: Fleeting Blow, is an Ultimate Move performed by Tsukuyomi using the Dark Shadow Quirk.
Description#
Using Black Abyss to cover his body with his Dark Shadow, Tsukuyomi channels the power of Ragnarök in his fist and hits his opponent with a massive claw attack.
Tsukuyomi first uses this move against All For One to completely destroy his already damaged life support helmet.[1]
