Clean Bubbler[1][2] is the Quirk used by Susugu Mitarai.
Description#
Clean Bubbler allows the user to create and control soapy water from their body. The stream is strong enough to keep several people in the air.[3] The user can also use the Quirk to generate large soap bubbles from their inner tank that can be used to envelop targets and make them float.[4]
Wash can also use the bubbles to disinfect and aid the wounds of the injured, as seen when he helped the wounded after a clash between civilians and Villains to tend to the injured.[5]
