Wishing Upon a Star is a bonus chapter of Hideyuki Furuhashi and Betten Court's My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, in commemoration of the anime's release.
Summary#
As the Naruhata Vigilantes are patrolling, every email Pop☆Step gets is not about drugs or Villains at all; they're only getting requests to clean and fix things. The Crawler decides he'll do them one by one. After cleaning, he then asks Pop what's next to do, and she gets a message about a stalker; after reading the message, Knuckleduster says it's time for him to come in.
As he walks away, The Crawler spots a delivery person and tells her he'll show her the way she needs to go. Pop is then approached by a girl who asks for her advice. As The Crawler tells her they'll split up, Pop talks to the girl and figures out she needs help with love. She agrees to help and the girl tells Pop that she has a crush on a senior who recently moved to Naruhata. She also says she wants to send him at least a letter.
Meanwhile, Knuckleduster is with the man who's being stalked. The man says he used to do modeling as a part-time job, but then started getting weird letters from fans, and they even showed up at his house. He continues by saying that even though he moved, his current address was leaked and posted online. Knuckleduster tells the man that if they come to him, things will be settled much faster.
Suddenly, Pop arrives with the girl, and the man also asks the girl if she's from the previous school he was at. Suddenly, The Crawler arrives, along with the delivery person, named Fumiko, asking what the situation is. Fumiko yells that she's got him as she injects Trigger into herself. She then starts to use her Quirk, Death Letter, to obscure everyone's vision. She kidnaps the man and starts cycling away, with the Vigilantes chasing her.
Eventually, Knuckleduster catches up to her and punches her into the ground. Though she gets back up, and due to the nosebleed she got from the punch, she uses her Quirk and transforms into a tornado-like monster made from her love letters. As civilians run away, Captain Celebrity flies in and punches her, though it doesn't do anything. Makoto Tsukauchi then asks him if he needs help, which he says he doesn't. He then tries to figure out how to defeat her when, suddenly, Fumiko's tornado form explodes into letters; this was due to Knuckleduster choking her.
Captain Celebrity then catches Fumiko as the guy she kidnapped begins to fall. Pop asks The Crawler what they should do, and The Crawler disappears to save the man, which he does. The girl from earlier runs up to the man and gives him a love letter she made. The Crawler then says he's done with letters and that the girl may become a stalker herself, with Pop telling him not to say things like that.
