Black Fallen Angel is an Ultimate Move performed by Tsukuyomi using the Dark Shadow Quirk.
Description#
Devised under the tutelage of No. 2 Pro Hero Hawks,[1] Tsukuyomi wraps Dark Shadow under his cloak and has Dark Shadow hold onto him. Taking advantage of Dark Shadow's ability to float, Tsukuyomi flies by having Dark Shadow carry him, along with Dark Shadow opening its hands to increase mobility, the two are able to replicate bird's flight. Because Dark Shadow is mostly wrapped in Tsukuyomi's black cloak, Tsukuyomi can fly even in bright conditions, which would otherwise impair Dark Shadow's abilities.[2]
