Water Pump[1] is the Quirk used by Backdraft.
Description#
The Quirk allows the user to create water from the hose spigots they have in place of hands. Backdraft has a great level of control over the water, being able to change the form of the water to shape it into a barricade rail with 'X' shaped warning symbols or a hand.
