ABOUT THE BONUS CHAPTER AT THE END OF THE BOOK#
P.S. Please include Saguri-chan if you want, Akiyama Sensei. Just turn her into "Explorer Hero: Saguri-chan." She can even be a student at U.A. Please make it happen. Then you can slowly but surely shove the My Hero Academia characters into the corner and make Saguri-chan the protagonist of the series. I want more Saguri-chan. I really, really do. Please do right by Saguri-chan.
I was really inspired by Horikoshi Sensei's comment in volume 1 of TUM, and I was determined to make good on that request.
Saguri-chan is the character from my previous series before TUM.
Because I went off and did a bonus chapter with her, now Saguri-chan can't show up in the actual My Hero Academia. So much for shoving the other characters into the corner.
Sorry about that!
Afterword#
Sasori Nimaru, Designer
Horikoshi Sensei provided the design for Nimaru, who was mentioned in the Best Jeanist chapter, and that's the actual design from him on the right! I'm so grateful!
Also, a designer friend of mine came up with Best Jeanist's special outfit. How lucky am I, to have all these designs handed to me? They're designs I could never come up with myself!
It really reminded me how manga is a collaborative effort between a number of people.
After the bonus chapter, you'll find a special piece of art from Horikoshi Sensei! Thank you so much!
See you in the next volume!
Message from Kohei Horikoshi#
Congrats on the new book!
Pretty soon, I'll have to grant you the official My Hero Academia title.
