Toxic Chainsaw is a Villain that once fought against All Might in the past.
Appearance#
Toxic Chainsaw is shown to have a sharp jaw, somewhat sunken eyes, and shoulder-length hair that appears to be slimy. He has a long jawline and a pointy chin. He is also well-built and possesses an outie belly button.
He is depicted as topless, wearing baggy pants with skull-shaped kneepads and army boots.
Personality#
Nothing is known about his personality. As a Villain, however, it is implied that he is cruel and ruthless. All Might also referred to Toxic Chainsaw as a "lowlife".
History#
Five years in the past, Toxic Chainsaw fought against All Might. It is unknown what became of him afterward, but his name still lives on in infamy, as shown when Izuku Midoriya asks if he was the one who gave All Might the scar on his chest. All Might is surprised by how well informed Izuku is but says that he couldn't have been defeated by a punk like him.[1]
Abilities#
Overall Abilities: Nothing is known of Toxic Chainsaw's abilities, though, it is possible that he is quite powerful, as Izuku considered the possibility that he could have been the one who injured All Might. All Might himself even acknowledged that Toxic Chainsaw was fairly powerful, being able to get a few hits on the Number One Hero, though still says he lacked the necessary power to cripple him.
Quirk#
Unknown Quirk: Toxic Chainsaw possesses a Quirk of unknown name and unknown nature. It is likely very powerful, given that Izuku believed Toxic Chainsaw could have been the one to permanently cripple All Might. Based on his codename and sketch, it can be reasonably assumed his Quirk allows him to weaponize a toxin of some kind, most likely in combination with his chainsaw.
Equipment#
Chainsaw: Befitting his name, he was shown wielding a chainsaw as a weapon, that possesses what appears to be a wavy set of chains. The guide bar also has the romanized kanji for toxicant with "times two" engraved on it. This could either represent the first part of his Japanese name, being doku repeated twice, or the phrase dokudoku, an onomatopoeia used to describe a substance that gushes in a steady stream.
While these design elements could purely be decorative and just part of Toxic Chainsaw's motif, both could imply that he is somehow able to use toxins to engulf a regular set of chains or even replace them all together as a form of attack.
