Tool Arms is the unnamed Quirk used by the Chainsaw Nomu.
Description#
The Quirk apparently allows the user to manifest limbs with ingrown tools and weapons, including several fully functional chainsaws, a claw hammer, and a drill. The Chainsaw Nomu was also capable of retracting the limbs back to its body.[1]
