Interns#
Tamaki Amajiki#
Sometime ago, Taishiro employed Tamaki for his internship and has since worked together with him. The relationship between the two can be deemed as friendly, though Tamaki seems to perceive their work relationship a little more negatively, particularly when they discuss his fragile mentality.[1]
As he has worked with Tamaki personally, Taishiro sees great potential in Tamaki, praising his abilities to be above most professional heroes, although he constantly scoffs and demands that Tamaki make some change with his petty mentality.
Tamaki dislikes Taishiro's teasing, claiming that Taishiro only sought him out to torment him to what Tamaki calls "workplace harassment" in the workplace, but Taishiro also understands Tamaki's flaws and weaknesses and is shown to be worries about him when placed under a lot of pressure. However, he proves to trust him despite his doubts, since he allowed him to face three villains on his own.[2]
Since Taishiro is shown to be a man who eats a lot, this seems to complement the requirements of Tamaki's Quirk and it seems that Taishiro to be or considers to be close to Tamaki, as he is the second person to refer to him by his first name, something that only Mirio did.
Eijiro Kirishima#
Taishiro employed Eijiro Kirishima through Tamaki's recommendation. Taishiro sees a great deal of potential in Eijiro and praises his prowess. After the battle against Kendo and Hekiji, Taishiro admits that he underestimated Eijiro and acknowledges his manly heart.[3]
He was touched upon hearing Kirishima's desire to protect him, shedding some tears. And was visibly happy when the latter turned out to be okay after the battle with Shie Hassaikai group, smiling with tears in his eyes.
Pro Heroes#
Sir Nighteye#
The two pro heroes are acquainted with one another and recognize each other's abilities. However, Fat Gum's overly emotional personality conflicts with Sir Nighteye's calculative nature. Fat Gum does not approve of Nighteye's calculating methods, as seen during their meeting regarding Eri and the Shie Hassaikai.
Despite their differences, while in the hospital Fat Gum apologized and mourned his passing.[4]
Allies#
Monika Kaniyashiki#
Fat Gum met Agent Monika while helping Naomasa fight Trigger's traffic, and they immediately got along because of their similar personalities and their taste for humor. Sometimes, Monika's prankster personality makes him doubt whether she is joking or serious, although he acknowledges that her quirky charms also help her a lot during missions.
