Spray Art is the Quirk used by a member of the Avant-Garders.[1]
Description#
Spray Art allows the user to spray clouds of spray paint, causing illusions for anyone inside them.
Usage#
Using cans of spray paint, the user can release large clouds of the paint, similar to smoke. Those inside the clouds will then begin to mildly hallucinate. The clouds of paint will persist until the Quirk is deactivated by the user, willingly or unwillingly.
The exact conditions are unknown, but the Quirk seems to deactivate upon the user being immobilized.
