Enfeeble[1] is the Quirk used by Habuko Mongoose.
Description#
Enfeeble allows the user to stare into someone's eyes and make their muscles go limp for three seconds, causing them to fall over. However, the subject is still conscious while being immobilized. This Quirk can work on multiple targets, but only if they're all making eye contact.[2]
