Eel was the original Quirk used by Teruo Unagisawa. After being experimented on by the Villain Factory, this Quirk evolved into Electric Eel.[1]
Description#
Eel allowed the user to transform into a medium-sized eel,[1] but under the effects of Trigger, this Quirk transformed Teruo into a large, eel-like creature with incredibly slimy skin. This slime serves as protection against physical blows, which simply slide off of him.[2]
Weaknesses#
If Teruo's body is covered with any substance that can drain the moisture from his slime, like flour, the Quirk loses its protective ability and makes Teruo vulnerable to physical blows.[2]
