Summary#
The Hero Public Safety Commission has received a request for support from a European country called Otheon, with Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, and Shoto Todoroki joining the rest of the Endeavor Agency in preparing to head over there after the request was approved.
While awaiting for their flight at the airport, a nervous Izuku anxiously writes "person" on his hand over and over to relieve his stress, with Shoto reminding him that he just needs to remember his English, as well as telling him he has to eat the "person" on his hand for it to take effect. Overhearing the two of them, Katsuki proceeds to do the same, writing "person" in his hand, before exploding and swallowing it. The two ask if he's nervous too, which he barks back at them for, because he wants to concentrate so he can perform at his best while in another country.
They're then surprised by Hawks and Fumikage, with the former commenting on Katsuki's way of dealing with the pressure. Asking where they're headed to, Fumikage tells them America, as Hawks' speed can be most useful over there. Izuku excitingly shouts that Hawks is "non-stop", causing all the nearby civilians to notice his presence, so he and Fumikage are promptly bombarded by a hoard of fans and dragged away, to Izuku's embarrassment. Endeavor soon arrives, calling him weak, with Izuku shouting out Endeavor's name, only to be met with silence as the rest of the people nearby awkwardly keep their distance away from the Flame Hero.
As they head to boarding, Shoto asks Endeavor why he has to sit beside him, saying that he wants to sit beside Izuku and Katsuki in front of him. Endeavor awkwardly says it shouldn't be a problem, with Izuku commenting on him saying something cute with a scary face, Shoto insists on sitting with his friends, as Izuku says it's very "youngest sibling" of him, followed by Katsuki butting in, yelling about being considered his "friend." The three get into a heated argument amongst themselves, fighting over the tickets, all the while Izuku is increasingly flustered, scribbling more "persons" on his hand to ease his nervousness, lamenting on the state of Japan's No. 1 Hero's Agency.
Suddenly, a returning Hawks uses his Fierce Wings to break up the childish fight, re-distributing the tickets amongst the four, so that Katsuki is now beside Endeavor, while Shoto is beside Izuku. Shoto is glad his father won't be able to talk with him from behind, Endeavor is happy because his son will be looking at his back, Katsuki is happy because he can ask Endeavor for advice on improving his power, and Izuku is just happy everything's calm now. With the mood all soothed, Hawks says his goodbyes as they head for their flight, telling them to get ready for their "World Heroes' Mission". The three interns thank him for his help, as he and Fumikage are once again dragged away by the mob.
On the plane, Izuku ponders to himself wondering what's to come in the foreign land, while in Otheon itself, Rody Soul parkours his way around the city, noticing the plane above, muttering that it is too noisy.
