Control Horn is the unnamed Quirk used by Cow Cowboy.
Description#
Control Horn allows the user to mind control cows.
Cow Cowboy is seen controlling hundreds of them at a time as he was threatening to stampede a whole province of Japan if his demands were not met.[1]
Weaknesses#
It appears that Cow Cowboy needs both horns intact for his Quirk to work, as when All Might chops one off, it stopped working.
